This document is an official offer (public offer) of GreenClinic LifeScience Global OÜ Narva mnt 5, Kesklinna district, Tallinn city, Harju county, 10117, Estonia, represented by Board Member Denys Radiuk, acting under the Statute and Green Clinic Scientific Research Center, LLC service-office 34 Pyrohiv Road str., 03083, Kyiv, Ukraine represented by Dmytro Radiuk, acting under the Statute, and contains all essential conditions.

E-phytopathology available only with the full and unconditional acceptance of the conditions of use of the service.

All relationships under this agreement are regulated by the legislation of Ukraine only, except the functioning of the service in part of payment which is regulated by legislation of Estonia.

All the services of E-phytopathology is provided to a customer “as is” according to in accordance with generally accepted international principles, without warranties and obligations on any compensations, in the form and content at the sole discretion of the service providers.

Recommendations prescribe, that all activities, proposed in recommendations, should be used at the sole discretion and at the sole customer’s responsibility.

Advisory opinion is made primarily on the basis of data objectively obtained from the sent photos and / or other materials through the service E-phytopathology, and partly due to the Customer’s explanations.

Payment for the service

Payment for service is made on the basis of 100% prepayment

using the PayPal service

Services are considered as provided to the customers upon the sending by service provider an advisory opinion e-document on the email address filled in by customer during the registration process.

Advisory opinion shall be provided to the customer in 3 (three) working days from the moment of the payment of the service fee.

If payment for services falls on a non working day, the advisory opinion will be provided within 3 (three) business days from the first working day after.

Service is not responsible and does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the Customer in case the Customer does not specify the correct contact information and the possibility of sending the Advisory opinion e-document, services shall be deemed provided in full and service fee paid by the Customer will not be returned.

Service has the right without explaining the reasons to refuse to provide services at any stage, and return the funds to the Customer, without any compensation and penalties, with deduction of the cost of the services already provided and the banks and the payment systems service fees.

Disclaimer

Customer submitting photos and / or other materials through the service E-phytopathology, agrees without any restrictions on the handling, transmiting, storage, and use, including for research, commercial and advertising purposes all sent materials.

Service providers is taking all reasonable steps to protect and preserve the materials sent, but in no way guarantees the safety, integrity and protection of sent materials and any information provided by the Customer at any stage of use of the service.

The service in conclusions are impartial, their actions are guided by the need to maximize the improvement of the objects by that provide advice, but do not perform management of any works, are not responsible for quality of works, quality of care, timeliness of the recommended actions, and are not responsible for possible actions and (or) inaction and their consequences, any persons, as well as for any possible casual events, force majeure, and the like. Considering the fact that biological processes that occur in living plants are not under the direct control and influence or management of the service providers, as well as the fact that such processes have a significant background and are influenced by others not fully studied by content and inexhaustible by the number of factors of areas of natural and other sciences, and do not depend on service providers, specialists and service staff, as well as the service itself can not physically, financially or morally guarantee as well so do not guarantee the safety of the individual or other plants or organisms. Service reserves the right to in writing and orally to update or clarify the conclusions outlined in the data, opinions and views in the future, including on its own initiative.
